You may be asked to provide a current credit report prepared by an approved credit-reporting agency, at your expense, after submission of your application.  Our rental application can be downloaded from this site and faxed or mailed to us. Each occupant must complete sign and return an application as .pdf via email attachment or deliver to 407 F Street, Arcata, CA 95521. Typical processing time, once we receive your application is 24 to 48 hours. The more complete your application the faster the processing time.

HELPFUL HINTS

Pets: Are not acceptable in most units and will limit the choice you have of available properties.
Utilities: You should be prepared to pay utilities including garbage.
Preparation: Know what you want and where you want to be. Consider the number of bedrooms and baths, the price range and any other essential features of rental property.
